
Disgraceful treatment of long standing customers
That is my own relation of my own experiences over the
last 14 months with my high street money grabbers, whom I have
been with 26 years.
Account Errors
I cannot believe even now what a catalogue of disaster this has been.
I think the problem is that massive effort has been put into getting
custom in large volumes, yet little thought has been put into
servicing this huge demand created out of its adverts.
I have had to switch over to the Halifax to get away from basic
errors, gross incompetence and total ignoring of complaints,
though they have cost me thousands and great deal of stress in
the process.
It is much easier than I assumed to change moneylenders these days,
everything is done for you without any fuss at all, well at least it
is now where I have gone and assume it to be so elsewhere.
I did not take this decision lightly, having been with
the firm since I was kid, and am saddened as to what
has become of a once proud institution.
